 Cognitive Guided Meditations™ (CGM)

Cognitive Guided Meditation™ (CGM) is the Bosurgi Mind Fitness proprietary subliminal mind training, detoxing and enhancement delivered in a deep meditational state. Luca Bosurgi has identified a language that the mind understands, appreciates and acts upon.

Each exercise is tailor-made to naturally help your mind to clear, detox and enhance specific areas of your cognitive mental system. Your mind aims to give you the best possible service, and therefore will happily perform the suggested exercises if believes that they are beneficial.

During the Cognitive Guided Meditations (CGM) you will lay comfortably on a yoga matt with closed eyes. You will listen to the voice of the Mind Fitness Coach that will help you to relax your body with simple visualizations and then guide your mind with easy  subliminal exercises to achieve the expected results.

Subliminal exercises are carried out by your mind without your conscious effort. Please don't worry if you fall asleep, become distracted or you don't catch some of the Mind Fitness Coach's words; your mind never sleeps, thus capturing all available data and knows what to do with it.

The meditations are opened and closed by the sound of a healing Tibetan gong.

"Your mind is perfect and engineered by nature to keep you safe and is highly efficient! However, it requires your guidance and your love to function successfully. Without both, it gets easily lost, confused, anxious, scared or overactive."

Yoga

"Yoga is like music: the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life.” -B.K.S Iyengar

We are selecting some of the best yoga teachers and styles to help you boost your mental and physical form, stay tuned...

There are numerous health benefits that Yoga offers which include lessening back pain, sharpening the mind, improving physical and mental wellbeing, producing stress and anxiety relief, and even lowering blood pressure. 7 examples of the most popular types of yoga include:

  • Hatha yoga.
  • Ashtanga yoga.
  • Bikram yoga.
  • Iyengar yoga.
  • Kundalini yoga.
  • Restorative yoga.
  • Yin yoga.

There are also other forms of yoga that offer support in significant life-changes, such as Prenatal yoga and chair yoga.

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga is a generic term for any type of yoga that teaches physical poses. Hatha classes usually serve as a gentle introduction to the basic poses of yoga.

Ashtanga yoga

Ashtanga yoga is one of the more challenging and physically demanding types of yoga.  This form of yoga is a sequence of advanced yoga postures, performed in a specific order that emphasize the flow and breath between movements. Ashtanga yoga consists of six levels of seated poses and standing poses—or asanas—that increase in difficulty and do not vary unlike Vinysa yoga. Just like all forms of yoga, participants are encouraged to go at their own pace and modify poses to their personal levels of comfort.

Bikram yoga

Bikram yoga is a 90-minute moving meditation which consists of 26 poses and a sequence of two breathing exercises that is performed in a heated room (typically 105 degrees at 40 percent humidity.)

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga is perfect for all ages and all body types. It is known for its focus on precision and timing and the use of props and help the practitioner to achieve perfection in any asana. As with all forms of yoga, this practice integrates the body, mind, and emotions.

Kundalini yoga

In comparison to the other forms of yoga, Kundalini yoga is known to be a more spiritual practice.

Kundalini yoga involves physical movements; however the movements aren’t the primary focus unlike Hatha and Ashtanga etc yoga forms.

Kundalini yoga is a more precise and repetitive practice. it combines chanting, singing, movements, and breathing in specific patterns.

Yin yoga

Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Normally of moderate intensity, poses are normally held for longer times than other forms.

Prenatal yoga

Prenatal yoga focuses on positions that are specifically designed for pregnant women’s bodies, encouraging stretching, focused breathing, and mental centering. Research suggests that prenatal yoga can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.

Restorative yoga

The main focus of Restorative Yoga is to relax the parasympathetic nervous system by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props. Restorative yoga classes are very relaxing and slow paced. Props, like blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps are used to help provide comfortable support. Poses are held for extended periods of time.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This form of yoga is perfect for new students and those with mobility issues due to age, chronic conditions, or injury. Chair yoga is a safe and easy way to practice yoga without worrying about any limitations of the body.

Meditation

We are selecting some of the best meditation masters, to help your focus, concentration and calm, stay tuned...

Meditation is a practice geared towards increasing one'sawareness. When a person meditates, they dedicate a certain amount of time and effort to being as mindful as they can. To do this, they choose a meditation object – most frequently their own breath to focus on. They may sit on a cushion or a chair, remaining upright and still, and simply settle their mind on the breath. Ultimately, this act creates a more peaceful, centered, and mindful state once the session is complete.

Meditation helps clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to ones stress.

The act of meditating regularly can produce multiple psychological, emotional, and health-related benefits such as:

  • improved management of anxiety disorders, depression, and sleep disorders.
  • Improvement in stress management response
  • Enhanced working memory and fluid intelligence
  • Improvement in attention and mindfulness
  • Increased self-awareness
  • Improved state of emotional well-being
  • Greater empathy for yourself and others
  • Increased immunity
  • Headache relief
  • Improved management of high blood pressure
  • Reduction in pain issues

"You are NOT your mind or your body. You are the owner of your life equipment. If you lead and fulfill your mind needs of love, protection, validation and guidance, as well as your body needs of healthy food end exercise, your life will be balanced, successful and happy"

Quigong

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. Qi roughly translates to "vital life force," while gong means mastery or cultivation.
This ancient Chinese practice aims to align the mind, body, and spirit in order to improve one's mental and physical health by integrating movement, posture, self-massage, breathing technique, sound, and focused intent.
There are many benefits to Qigong, many of which include:
Increased balance
diminished stress and anxiety
increased focus
decreased risk for chronic diseases
"Get passionate about your body, train it, nourish it and maintain it in top condition, the quality of our life depends from it."

Sound Bath Meditation

Though sound baths may seem like a “new age” concept, the practice of healing bodies through sound is technically thousands of years old with deep roots in cultures across the world. This “spiritual, cleansing music" varies according to place and culture, but it can be as simple as chanting an om following your yoga session or as complex as an hour-long experience in a dedicated space with a sound practitioner.

With expert guidance, we’ve outlined everything you need to know about what sound baths are, what benefits sound baths may provide to participants, and how you can experience one yourself.

What Is a Sound Bath?

In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. The music doesn’t have a catchy melody or rhythm like you’d experience at a rock concert or symphony, but instead is a carefully selected wash of instrument and voice with notable resonance and overtones. “The intention is really to change and help balance the energy of the participants. During a sound bath, you don’t want to hook into a melody. You don’t want to repeat things because you don’t want the brain to recognize a repeated beat. Instead, you want participants to release, and you want the brain to let go,” explains Tamalyn Miller, the lead sound practitioner at Naturopathica Chelsea in NYC.

During the sound bath, participants lie on their backs—sometimes referred to as the Savasana position in yoga—for the entire experience, adds Christina Resasco, a sound healing practitioner and yoga therapist at Saffron & Sage in San Diego, California. The sound healing practitioner/s facilitates the experience, and sometimes the entire group participates with chants, mantras, or rolling oms. A guided experience like this generally lasts anywhere between 15 and 60 minutes.

Benefits of Sound Baths

“The general intention of a sound bath is to create a state of harmony in the listener by using sound to clear discordance from the participants' energy fields. Among the benefits are relaxation, an increased sense of wellbeing, expanded awareness, and access to inner visionary experience,” says Seth Misterka, co-founder of the Crystal Sound Bath in Los Angeles.

In addition to helping the body relax, some healing sound practitioners argue that sound baths can potentially foster physical healing. Miller likens the experience to acupuncture. “If you go to an acupuncturist, you likely have energy blocked somewhere that the practitioner helps unlock. The sound bath is similar, but you’re using frequency and vibration instead of needles,” Miller says. “At Naturopathica, we’ve seen people have specific areas of their body where they can feel things loosening up or they feel pain literally going away.”

While it may sound “too good to be true,” corroborating data exists. Numerous studies have pointed to the therapeutic effects of music and sound therapy.1 “Sound therapy is deeply rooted in science and based on the principles of quantum physics and sacred geometry. There are hundreds of clinical trials and peer-reviewed white paper studies on the healing properties of sound,” adds Resasco. “In fact, Western medicine uses sound waves on a daily basis in the form of ultrasound technology, which can be used to break up kidney stones among other things.”

"Codependent love is self-centered and egotistical because it is based on need. Self-sufficient and independent love is powerful and pure, since it is based on emotional choices."

Conscious Breathwork

Breatwork is an active form of meditation that allows us to disconnect from the mind and be guided by our body and heart. As we breathe out thoughts, beliefs, memories, actions that do not support our growth, we return to our wholeness and feel more equipped to handle stress, anxiety, and lingering trauma.

Why is breathwork so powerful?

Breathwork supports so many of the challenges everyone experiences. It reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. Breathwork also helps release trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger.

Can breathwork heal trauma?

Conscious breathing and breathwork can help process and release the experiences of trauma. Just as breathwork has many positive effects on alleviating anxiety and managing stress, trauma for breathwork can help heal, release, and restore aspects of ourselves that are impacted by traumatic events.
